Avocado Diet


No longer only 3 days, dumping 1.5 kg.
Breakfast: half an avocado, filled with low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: half avocado cut into chunks, add boiled egg, a small cucumber and green onions.
Dinner: 90 grams of lightly fried steak, half an avocado with cream cheese.
