Daily Diet - Dinner


A small plate of vegetarian soup (instead of sour cream to add natural yogurt 0% fat cottage cheese, or with 0% fat
1 cup of boiled broccoli
100 gr. nonfat cottage cheese
1 / 2 grapefruit

2 medium sized potatoes bake in the oven
A salad of tomatoes and cucumbers to fill the low-fat yogurt
1 / 2 slices rye bread
A circle of pineapple

1 cup fresh frozen corn - put in the water without oil
1 tomato
1 / 2 slices whole meal bread
1 / 2 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup of cooked buckwheat + 1 cup skim milk
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon raisins

1 cup cooked pasta without oil
1 teaspoon ketchup
Cucumber Salad pour nonfat yogurt
