Protein and vitamin diet with eggs and grapefruit


Simple but very effective diet for those who need to quickly bring yourself into shape. Within 10 days of sitting on this diet you can lose 5-7 kg, while you do not have to contend with hunger, because it is quite nourishing.  It is this diet from time to time use the singer Anita Tsoi.The rules are very simple.  There should be 6 times a day every 2, 5 hours, alternating between the protein and vitamin food - 3 times and 3 times the protein - vitamin.  Above all, do not use for cooking any condiments and sauces, and reduce their salt intake.  All washed down with black or green tea without sugar, herbal infusions.  Between meals you can drink mineral water and simple without any restrictions.

 20.30 (vitamin food) - 2 pears

 8.00 - low-fat cottage cheese
 10.30 - cooked beets
 13:00 - 200 g of cooked chicken meat
 15.30 - 2 apples
 18.00 - 200 grams of cooked sausage
 20.30 - cucumber salad with radish
 3 variant
 8.00 - cheese or white cheese, nonfat
 10.30 - Tomato
 13.00 - 200 grams of boiled liver
 15.30-cabbage salad with carrots
 18.00 - 200 g cooked squid
 20.30 - 1 large orange
